Job Overview
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Prepare meeting reports
  • Follow up on senior managers to ensure prompt delivery of tasks
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in Management course or other related field
  • A minimum of 3years working experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results even with short timelines
  • Good use of Microsoft office applications
  • Good organizational and reporting skills
