Job Overview

An ultramodern hospital located in the heart of Benin City is looking to hire suitable personnel for immediate employment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Craft new sales proposals and contract renewals
  • Schedule product demos
  • Update internal databases (CRM) with account details
  • Perform back-office sales tasks to support Account Executives as needed
  • Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
  • Address payment issues
  • Identify new revenue prospects

Requirements:

  • A degree in any Accounting related field
  • Using QuickBooks to perform various bookkeeping tasks
  • Using Excel to keep track of accounts payable and receivable, as well as utilities and payroll information
  • Experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Time-management abilities
